Khanhsong Nguyen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master’s degree from Smith College School for Social Work. Khanhsong’s therapeutic work is informed by social justice and intersectionality. She is trained psychodynamically and in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), helping clients explore how past experiences and relationships impact how they navigate the world. She has a direct, playful and collaborative approach that will hold clients accountable and challenge clients to create change and build acceptance. Khanhsong has a passion for working with eating disorders, the LGBTQ+ community, and issues related to social justice and systemic oppression. Khanhsong also works with mood disorders, anxiety, life transitions and relational boundaries. She strives to meet clients where they are at, bearing witness to their story in the moments of beauty, moments of struggle and everything in between.
